4. Cleaning and recycling:
The head is equipped with a double polyurethane cleaner, with a cleaning efficiency ≥95%, which can thoroughly remove residual aggregate from the belt; the bottom is equipped with a deep V-shaped receiving trough with an inclination angle of 35° and a wear-resistant liner, realizing the full recycling and reuse of spilled materials, and controlling the material loss rate to within 0.5%.

It can store over 30,000 concrete formulas and features formula recall, parameter modification, production statistics, and fault alarm functions. It also supports 4G/5G remote monitoring, enabling real-time uploading of production data (capacity, mix proportions, energy consumption) to a cloud platform for convenient remote management and maintenance by overseas customers.
