Mobile concrete batching plants are equipment designed specifically for projects that require frequent site transfers, and are particularly suitable for temporary or highly mobile sites such as road construction and bridge construction. This type of mobile concrete batching plant integrates functions such as material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing and unloading, and can be easily transferred from one place to another. Key components and performance advantages
– Chassis and traction system
The chassis of the cantilever mixer main engine integrates the trailer truck traction pin and parking legs, supports the integrated layout of the mixer, metering scale and inspection platform, and ensures the stability of the transfer.
The aggregate batching frame adopts a truss structure, which is connected to the main engine chassis through a belt conveyor frame to form a high-rigidity main structure to adapt to bumpy road conditions.
– Mixing main engine and metering system
Forced concrete mixers (such as the JS series) achieve high-strength mixing through the mixing arm to ensure the uniformity of concrete, which is suitable for the strength requirements of road construction.
The metering system adopts cumulative weighing method, with a sand and gravel metering range of 0-3000kg (accuracy ±2%) and cement 0-800kg (accuracy ±1%), meeting the dynamic accuracy standard.
– Peripheral components and scalability
The cement silo and screw conveyor support overall transportation without on-site disassembly. 2 or 4 sand and gravel silos are optional to meet different formulation requirements.
The control room integrates a fully automatic PLC system, which can be folded and stored in the bracket during transfer to avoid line disassembly and improve transfer efficiency.

– Modular integrated design: the storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and control systems are integrated into the trailer unit, supporting the rapid transfer of tractors to meet the construction needs of multiple sections.

The YHZS25-YHZS90 models mobile concrete batching plant for road construction are suitable for county and township roads and village-to-village projects. The daily production capacity of a single machine covers 200-400m³, meeting the needs of continuous construction of small sections. The minimum turning radius of the trailer design is ≤10m, and the passability is better than that of a fixed concrete batching plant, which is suitable for road construction scenes such as mountainous areas and hills. The foundation-free installation saves site leveling costs, and the transfer cost is reduced by more than 60% compared with the fixed station, which is suitable for multi-section rotation construction.
