– Modular integrated design

The trailer unit structure is adopted to integrate material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and control systems into independent modules. The chassis of the main engine adopts a cantilever design, integrating the trailer truck traction pin, parking legs and metering and weighing system, and the quality is controlled at 24-27 tons (excluding optional accessories). The hauling speed can reach 50 kilometers per hour, and it is suitable for two chassis structures: traction type (complete front and rear axles) and trailer type (rear axle only), to meet the needs of different transportation distances.

Technical parameters and performance

– Production capacity and accuracy

Typical models such as YHZS35 have a production capacity of 35 cubic meters per hour and are equipped with a twin-shaft forced mixer (JS type), which can quickly complete the uniform mixing of fluid and dry hard concrete. The metering system accuracy meets: sand and gravel ±2% (3000kg±60kg), cement ±1% (720kg±7.2kg), water ±1% (360kg±3.6kg), admixture ±1% (30kg±0.3kg).

– Automation control system

The industrial control computer is used to achieve full automatic control and support manual operation backup. The system can process data in real time, simulate and display the process flow, store the proportion and working data, and print reports. The control room is integrated at the bottom of the main chassis and can be folded and stored when transferring, without disassembling the control line.

– Integration of peripheral components

The cement silo and screw conveyor are integrated transportation units and do not need to be disassembled on site. The aggregate batching system uses a 2 or 4-grid storage hopper, pneumatic door opening operation, and supports cumulative metering. The belt conveyor frame is a truss structure that connects the main machine and the batching frame to form a stable main structure.

– Mobile construction adaptability

It is suitable for projects such as roads, railways, bridges, ports, and hydropower, especially for projects that require frequent transfers. For example, the YHZS35 model uses a towing chassis to achieve long-distance transportation, and the trailer chassis meets the needs of short-distance rapid deployment.

– Construction period and cost optimization

The installation period of the whole machine is shortened by more than 50% compared with the traditional fixed mixing station, reducing the occupation of the construction period by on-site construction. Based on a capacity of 35 cubic meters per hour, it can meet the demand for 840 cubic meters of concrete per day, which is suitable for continuous operation of small and medium-sized projects.

– Environmental protection and compliance

The new portable ready mix concrete plant is equipped with a dust removal system to meet environmental protection requirements. The closed design reduces dust leakage, and the pre-connected components reduce on-site welding and cutting operations, which complies with the environmental protection management regulations of the construction site.
