Dust control is the core of the environmental configuration. Haomei Machinery employs a complete system of “source sealing + multi-stage purification” to fundamentally eliminate dust pollution. Both cement silos and fly ash silos are equipped with high-efficiency pulse bag filters and PLC automatic dust removal systems. These systems automatically adjust the dust removal frequency based on dust concentration, maintaining a dust collection rate of over 99.5% and an emission concentration below 20 mg/m³, fully complying with stringent international emission requirements. The powder conveying system uses a closed screw conveyor with flexible sealing sleeves at both the inlet and outlet to prevent leakage. The mixing unit features a fully enclosed design, coupled with a negative pressure dust collector to effectively collect fine dust generated during mixing. Dust covers and sealing strips further enhance the sealing effect, making it suitable for various construction scenarios with strict dust control requirements.
The wastewater and waste residue recycling system achieves a dual improvement in environmental protection and energy conservation, which is one of the environmentally friendly concrete mixing station’s core competitive advantages. The environmental concrete mixing station equipment comes standard with an integrated wastewater treatment system, consisting of a sedimentation tank, a filter tank, a clear water tank, and a filter press. It employs a four-stage process of sedimentation-filtration-disinfection-circulation, rapidly treating wastewater from the mixing unit and batching machine. The treated wastewater has a turbidity ≤10 NTU, fully meeting the standards for mixing water, with a water recovery rate exceeding 88%, eliminating the need for additional discharge. It is equipped with a waste residue crushing and screening device, using a combination of a hammer crusher and a high-frequency vibrating screen, which can crush mixing waste residue and materials into standard recycled aggregates. The particle size can be adjusted according to requirements, with a utilization rate exceeding 92%. This aggregate can be directly used in secondary concrete production or road base paving, minimizing material waste.

The batching system employs precise metering configuration, equipped with high-precision sensors, with a metering error of ≤±1%. This reduces material waste and prevents concrete waste caused by inaccurate metering, thus reducing pollution at the source. The equipment body features an anti-corrosion and dustproof coating, coupled with a sealed electrical control cabinet. This prevents dust and wastewater from corroding the equipment, extending its service life, and also avoids secondary pollution from noise and dust generated during operation. An optional VOCs adsorption device can be added to adsorb and treat the small amount of volatile gases generated during mixing, fully meeting the environmental upgrade requirements of different countries and regions.
