Why Installation is Fast?

The core of the “easy-to-install” feature lies in the “ready-made” nature of the product upon leaving the factory. The entire mobile concrete batching plant utilizes an integrated single-trailer chassis design; all pneumatic piping and electrical wiring are pre-installed and connected at the factory, eliminating the need for on-site assembly of scattered components. Once the equipment arrives, four hydraulic outriggers automatically extend and level the unit. With an adjustment stroke of 300mm, it can accommodate site slopes of up to ±12°, requiring only a leveled, hardened ground surface rather than a poured concrete foundation. Taking the YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant as an example: in its transport configuration, the unit measures approximately 9m long, 2.5m wide, and 3.2m high, allowing for shipment in a standard container. Upon arrival at the port, a tractor unit can tow it directly to the job site; the time from unloading to producing the first batch of concrete can be as short as 8 hours. Compared to the 7–10 day installation cycle of a stationary concrete batching plant with the same capacity, this represents a time reduction of over 85%.

Four-Step On-Site Installation Process

Step 1: Tow the mobile concrete batching plant to the designated location, then lower the hydraulic outriggers to level the machine.

Step 2: Connect the 380V three-phase main power supply and the water supply line; this step is completed with the assistance of an electrician and takes approximately 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Input the mix design ratio into the PLC touchscreen, and the system automatically enters standby mode.

Step 4: Run a single no-load test cycle; once the batching, mixing, and discharging operations are confirmed to be functioning correctly, the mobile concrete batching plant is ready for production.

The entire process requires no heavy component lifting or specialized installation teams; two workers at the customer’s site can complete the setup.

No Compromise on Core Parameters or Performance

Ease of installation does not mean a sacrifice in performance. The entire mobile concrete batching plant series comes standard with a twin-shaft forced-action mixer: the YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with the JS500 (500L nominal discharge capacity) for a theoretical output of 25 m³/h; the YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant uses the JS750 (750L) for a theoretical output of 35 m³/h (stable continuous output of 30–32 m³/h); the YHZS50/60 mobile concrete batching plant uses the JS1000 for an output of 50–60 m³/h; and the YHZS90 mobile concrete batching plant uses the JS1500, achieving an output of up to 90 m³/h. Metering accuracy reaches ±2% for aggregates and ±1% for powders and liquids. The mixer’s liners and mixing blades are made of high-manganese wear-resistant steel, offering a service life of at least 80,000 batches under normal operating conditions. The plant can produce standard plastic concrete and dry-hard concrete, and is compatible with crushed stone aggregates up to 60mm in size.

Easy Relocation

Upon project completion, the unit is ready for transport simply by retracting the support legs, disconnecting the power, and hitching the towing pin to a trailer. It can be towed on public roads at speeds of 40–50 km/h without the need to disassemble core components or obtain oversized transport permits. A single mobile concrete batching plant can serve multiple dispersed work sections in succession, offering a project reuse rate far superior to that of stationary concrete batching plants.
