In the Lagos Outer Ring Expressway project in Nigeria, the client used two YHZS60 mixers operating in parallel, producing over 20,000 cubic meters of concrete per month, perfectly suited to the tight schedule of urban infrastructure projects. In the Tanzanian rural road upgrade project, a single YHZS35 mixer could meet a continuous daily supply of 150 cubic meters, increasing the return on investment by 40%.


The Haomei mobile concrete mixing plant adopts a trailer-mounted integrated frame + modular functional unit design, with core components integrated onto a standard container-sized mobile chassis. The mixing host uses a JS series twin-shaft forced mixer (JS500 corresponds to 25m³/h, JS1500 corresponds to 75m³/h), achieving a mixing uniformity of over 95%, and an aggregate particle size range of 60-80mm. The batching system employs 3-4 silo electronic metering with an accuracy controlled within ±1%. The powder system comes standard with 2 x 100-ton cement silos, with optional 75-250-ton expansion modules to meet the specific needs of long-distance transportation in Africa. The entire plant requires no concrete foundation, only a leveled and hardened site, and can be installed, commissioned, and put into operation within 3 days.

In the Mombasa port expansion project in Kenya, the YHZS75 mobile concrete batching plant was adapted for high-grade concrete production, meeting the C40 strength requirements of the wharf yard. Particularly noteworthy is the availability of a dual-power system option to address the unstable power supply in Africa, ensuring seamless switching to a backup generator in the event of a main power outage, guaranteeing continuous production.

This is 30% lower than similar products from European and American brands, while the lifespan of core components reaches 10,000 hours, on par with international brands. Taking the YHZS50 as an example, a single unit has an annual production capacity of approximately 120,000 cubic meters, with an investment payback period of about 10 months. In actual applications with customers in countries such as Ghana and Bangladesh, the overall equipment failure rate is less than 2%, and annual maintenance costs are controlled within 3% of the equipment value.
