This series of compact mobile concrete batching plants covers a capacity range from 25m3/h to 50m3/h, including three main models: YHZS25, YHZS35, and YHZS50. The core layout logic is “vertical stacking and functional integration.” Unlike traditional mobile concrete batching plants that arrange batching, conveying, and mixing units horizontally, this design integrates aggregate weighing, powder weighing, and water and admixture weighing systems into the upper space of the mixing unit, eliminating redundant intermediate conveyor frames and significantly reducing the overall lateral dimensions of the machine. The entire series comes standard with a twin-shaft forced mixer, ensuring the same mixing uniformity and circulation efficiency as standard models. It can stably produce various products, including ordinary concrete and dry-hard concrete, meeting the strength requirements of various projects. The metering system utilizes an independent graded weighing architecture, with powder and liquid metering accuracy controlled within ±1%, and aggregate metering accuracy within ±2%. The mix proportion control accuracy meets the standards of commercial concrete plants, preventing performance degradation due to compact design. The equipment is equipped with an integrated PLC control system, featuring fully automatic production, fault self-diagnosis, and production data retention. Its operating logic is consistent with standard models, requiring no additional training or adaptation for construction personnel.

No special equipment foundation needs to be poured on-site; leveling can be quickly achieved using hydraulic outriggers on a flat, hardened ground. During relocation, core components do not need to be disassembled; the folded hopper and retracted outriggers allow for easy towing and relocation.
